To register, first click on your hub (on the left of this page). Then find your hub's registration page.
Fees are similar to previous ICMPCs with the usual discounts for students, early registration, and citizens of economically disadvantaged countries. Fees are collected in local currency.
IMPORTANT: Before paying for registration, ensure that the webpage you are visiting is not a fake. To find your hub's homepage, go to icmpc.org/icmpc15 and click on your hub.
Please register by 30 April 2018 to ensure your place on the program and take advantage of the early registration discount. After that, registration fees will rise, and they will rise again on 30 June (late registration deadline).
Categories of registration
Physical participants will be physically present at one of the four hubs. Registration includes program book, lunches, and coffee breaks.
Remote participants will not attend a hub. They will watch live streams from any global location. They may also contribute to written discussions. They must provide evidence of their status as students, researchers, or journalists, and agree in writing to respect confidentiality, before getting access to live-stream links and videos.
Remote active participants: A limited number of researchers whose abstract submissions are accepted will have the option of remotely presenting a prepared video in exchange for an intermediate registration fee. They will include researchers with restricted mobility due to disability, caring commitments, or political limitations (cannot leave country, cannot get a visa), as well as severe financial limitations (residents of developing countries). These presentations will be reviewed twice: first as an abstract and second as a draft video.
