Locations
The number of participants at each location depended on the corresponding number of accepted abstract submissions.
The Graz site took on the role of technical and organisational hub. These tasks included the peer review process, planning the live programme of the locations (in collaboration with the organisational members of the respective hubs) as well as technical guidance and support.
In addition, all four sites were equal. They offered comparable facilities and programme quality. The registration fee depended, among other things, on the cost of living in the respective country.
