All registered participants (physical and virtual, active and passive) will receive access to all live-streamed videos, whether in real time or later as video recordings, and all forums for written discussions.

Physical registration additionally includes the program booklet, the opening reception (Monday evening), 4 lunches (excluding Thursday), and 9 coffee breaks (excluding Thursday afternoon).

Passive participants must provide evidence of their status as students, researchers, or journalists, and agree in writing to respect confidentiality, before getting access to live-stream links and videos.

To ensure your place on the program and take advantage of the early registration discount, register by 30 April 2018. After this deadline, registration will increase by €50 for physical participation and 50% for virtual participation. Registration will increase by an additional 10% after 30 June 2018 (the late registration and final program inclusion deadline).

If you did not apply for a SEMPRE Conference Award and are registering as a student, please send an email to icmpc@uni-graz.at with a scan of your student ID. The scan should clearly show a future expiry date.

If you live and work in a country with a Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of less than $35000  per capita, you may take advantage of the low GDP country discount. Please refer to this list.

Please be sure that you qualify for the student or low GDP discount before paying a reduced rate. We will charge €10 plus bank charges for correcting errors.

If you have permanent full-time employment and/or you are flying to the conference, please consider the corresponding voluntary supplements.

The main excursion on Thursday afternoon will be a bus trip to a Buschenschank (Buschenschank Schneeberger) in the vineyards of southern Styria. Buschenschanks are rustic traditional restaurants run by local winegrowers. All food and drinks are home-made and home-grown. In summer, most guests sit outside. The fee includes bus, food, and limited drinks. Other excursions will include walks in and around Graz, for which there will be no advance charge.

Cancelation policy: If you cancel before 1 June 2018, we will refund everything less €10 and bank charges. After that, we will only refund if we are responsible for the cancelation.
